Our involvement
Saskatoon firefighters adopted this as one of the 4 major charities just before the IAFF did. We started off smal by showing our support by wearing Pink t-shirts while on duty. Today it has grown to our annual Pink truck campaign (wrapping Engine 12), to a comedy night, one year of chase the ace, and of course we still wear our shirts with pride through the month of October. Together with our partners C95 and the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, Saskatoon Firefighters will continue to “fight like a girl” raising funds and awareness for a disease that affects all of us in one way or another.
